Bella Vanessa B. Suansing is running unopposed in the May 2025 elections as the 2nd District Representative of Sultan Kudarat.
Suansing is poised to succeed her father, incumbent Rep. Horacio “Toto” Suansing Jr., who has served multiple terms in the district. She hails from a politically prominent family, with her mother, Estrellita “Ging” Suansing, having previously served as the 1st District Representative of Nueva Ecija, and her sister, Mika Angela Suansing, currently serving as the lone district representative of Nueva Ecija in the 19th Congress of the Philippines.
A graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics and Politics (Cum Laude) and a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, Suansing brings an academic background in governance and policymaking. She has also held roles as a chief political affairs officer, policy consultant, legislative researcher, and political researcher in Philippine House of Representatives.
